To set a standard of training in electrical equipment testing in the UK, the Institute of Electrical Engineers has combined with the City & Guilds of London Institute to provide two courses and associated certified examinations for (i) inspection and test organisation and (ii) those that inspect and test.
Documentary evidence for those operatives, who successfully passed the above exams, is available on request. However, below is a summary.

SK Electrical Management Structure:
Sean Kelly (Chief Executive): Has been responsible for the Company’s growth and development since 1992. Sean works closely with SK Electrical’s key clients to establish the most efficient Electrical Testing Procedures and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Simon Poland (National Account Manager): Has a Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from Queen's University and is currently studying part-time on a Marketing Awareness Programme. Simon leads the client liaison and sales.
Steven McKay (Divisional Manager – Electrical Installation Testing): Has been with SK Electrical for three years and has senior responsibility for the management of SK Electrical’s service quality. One example of this is the regular quality control checks he carries out on all Test Engineers. Steven is the Qualifying Supervisor within SK Electrical (i.e. responsible for maintaining our NICEIC accreditation).
Raymond Cowen (Divisional Manager – Portable Electrical Appliance Testing): Has been with SK Electrical for approximately seven years and has senior responsibility for all Portable Electrical Testing Contracts throughout the island of Ireland.
Gary McLaughlin (Business Development Manager): Joined SK Electrical in 2005 and has senior responsibility for exporting to the Republic of Ireland & mainland UK.
